The camp will be taking place Sunday December 10 - Friday December 15, 2023 with on-snow training Monday through Thursday. We have secured a group discount for accommodations and lift tickets for racers and their accompanying family.

The goal of the camp is to prepare our athletes for the season by providing targeted training and opportunities for team building. There is also the opportunity for our race families to reconnect and get excited for the upcoming race season.

We have selected Hôtel Sommet des Neiges as the group hotel for the camp as it can accommodate larger families. However, our group discount includes several other hotels. All off-snow group activities, including morning warm-up, daily wrap-up, and video review and tuning will take place at the Sommet des Neiges.

Discounted lift tickets will be available for athletes and accompanying family members.

Please note that it is more economical for racers 12 years and younger to purchase a Tonik pass (Tremblant's base pass). (https://www.tremblant.ca/plan/tickets-and-passes/winter-season-passes/tonik-pass)

The camp is open to all racers who have completed a season with us or new members with previous race experience. If your racer is not able to get on and off the lift independently, a parent will need to accompany them for on-snow training. All athletes will need to be registered with AOA for the 2023.24 season.

At this time, we have not confirmed the cost of the camp. Our goal is to keep the cost as low as possible while covering coaching costs. Once we have a better idea of the number of racers who will be attending and the number of coaches we need to send, we will send out the cost for the camp.

We ask that families register for the camp to allow us to get an idea of how many athletes to expect: https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/365953 This registration is not a commitment to go, but rather an expression of interest. A formal registration form will be available in the fall.

The hotels are fully refundable up until 3 days prior to the arrival date. We learned last year that the hotels fill up quickly so we recommend booking as soon as possible if you are interested in attending to secure a good rate. Please contact us at northbayskiracingclub@hotmail.com to get the hotel booking information.
