Indoor Dryland Training Starting November 4

Attention Race Families!

As the days get shorter and it becomes too dark to train outdoors safely, we’re bringing the fun inside! Starting this week, all our training sessions will be held indoors.

**New Training Schedule:**

Tuesday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Join us at the Sports Dome at Canadore College (Commerce Court), located at 60 Commerce Court, where we’ll keep the energy high and the skills sharp, no matter the weather outside!
